I am an award-winning and published interior designer and have been decorating spaces professionally for nearly 20 years. I work with clients all over the U.S. who want to renovate a space by designing and creating a 3D model of the end result.  My process includes identifying the functional and aesthetic goals, refining ideas with suggestions or improvements and ultimately creating beautiful 3D images and a video of the renovation. The detailed concept renderings provide clients with the tools and confidence to more forward.

 

I began my working career in the hi-tech industry in '80s and '90s where I developed a passion and an appreciation for how computing can serve the creative mind.  When I shifted my career focus to full-service interior design in 2003, I was one of the few professionals to provide 2D and 3D renderings in the early stages of any design project whether for window treatments, wall designs or furniture layouts. Having this expertise solidified my reputation as a competent and success-oriented interior decorator.

 

Today, I focus solely on providing these renderings to homeowners, contractors and other residential/commercial design professionals because they are so critical to the completion of a successful design project.  Through my professional service 3D Virtual Design Drawings, I combine my love of functional, artistic interiors with my knowledge of computer-aided graphics programs to give clients the power to visualize.  My clients take their detailed concept renderings to their own contractors to execute the vision. Many of my clients are remote and simply email or text measurements and pictures to explain what they are imagining after speaking with me on the phone.

3D renderings offer numerous benefits.  Seeing pictures of a dream design before putting substantial deposits down builds confidence that the outcome will be as expected.  The amount of time and money saved by "virtually" experimenting with different ideas and elements before finalizing plans is significant.  I also find that a drawing, instead of written instructions, greatly improves communication between you and your contractors, tradespeople, clients, showrooms, vendors and even spouse. 

 

Reading my clients' reactions after getting their first rendering explains my passion for this specialization: "I am so happy I did this!" "These are amazing!!"  "I LOVE this!!!"

I currently live in Atlanta, GA with my husband and have a son who is a software designer/researcher and a daughter who is an actress in New York.
